Our Standard Plan - Interior
- Check for any rain damage around doors,windows and ceilings.
Check for plumbing leaks in areas of the bathroom and kitchen
Check to ensure appliances are operating efficiently
Check for signs of mold and mildew
Check for any visible signs of rodent and insect infestation
Check for obvious damage to the interior of the house
Activate at least two light timers and reset during power interruptions
Photograph interior and exterior of home weekly
Check interior humidity and temperature
Provide a security survey of the interior
Check that security system is functioning
Resetting electric appliances/breakers from power outage/surge
Check smoke alarms/replace batteries
Blinds are adjusted
Flush/check all toilets and sinks
Run/check all faucets
Run kitchen sink disposal
Replace burned out light bulbs
Check/adjust overhead garage opener
Check kitchen/bathroom faucets/drains
