We are pleased to announce a new program to perform a preventative maintenance for winter season. Check list includes the following points:

•        Inspect and clean blower assembly
• On older models, lubricate motor and inspect and replace fan belt if needed
•        Check combustion blower housing for lint and debris and clean as necessary
•        Inspect for gas leaks in gas furnaces
•        Inspect burner assembly—clean and adjust as needed
•        Inspect ignition system and safety controls—clean and adjust as needed
•        Inspect heat exchanger or heating elements
•        Inspect flue system
•        Inspect control box, associated controls, wiring and connections
•        Clean or replace air filters
•        Check and adjust water pressure for boilers

Total Cost is: $125.00 per property.

Dear Landlords,

As our company continues to grow, one of our goal is to rise above the rest with the kinds of services we provide. Onyx would like to announce that we can now perform visual property inspections of all of your occupied homes as often as you’d like for a flat low fee of $65.00 per home. By performing inspections, you benefit your property in many ways.

We can ensure that your tenants are complying with the lease agreement by maintaining the upkeep of the unit, changing required filters, there are no additional occupants, unauthorized pets and that the property is clean, safe and sanitary. Feel free to contact our office if you’d like to schedule an inspection. For your convenience, we are able to set up recurring inspections and provide you with inspection reports upon completion of every visit.
