Pay Invoice Online

1.	Enter owner full name and invoice #.
2.	Enter rental property address you are paying for.
3.	Enter invoice payment amount.
4.	Click on "Click Here to Pay" button. You will be redirected to a secure PayPal website.
5.	Once you're on the PayPal website you'll be presented with 2 options: if you already have an account with PayPal you can sign-in and continue with a payment. If you are new to PayPal just fill out form to complete your payment.
6.	Upon completion of the online payment process save both receipt and e-mail confirmation as proof of your payment.

ELECTRONIC SIGNATURES EFFECTIVE

The Agreement is an electronic contract that sets out the legally binding terms of your use of the Payment Service. You indicate your acceptance of the Agreement and all of the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement by clicking on the “Click here to pay” button in connection with your payment. This action creates an electronic signature that has the same legal force and effect as a handwritten signature. By clicking on the “Click here to pay” button, you accept the Agreement and agree to the terms, conditions and notices contained or referenced herein. All online payments are NON-REFUNDABLE. Please print a copy of the Agreement for your records. To retain an electronic copy of the Agreement, you may save it into any word processing program.
